This optimal program provides the option of either coming in for a weekly appointment or receiving a phone call to help keep you on track. It also includes:

  • Weekly visits or phone calls
  • Emails / texts throughout the week to keep in contact
  • Nutrition recommendations based on your weekly visit
  • Food journal assessment as needed

Online coaching is useful when distance is a factor and coming in for weekly visits is not an option. Food journaling and keeping accountable through weekly emails will lead to success using this program!

It includes:

  • Weekly review of your food journal and home measurements / weigh ins
  • Nutrition recommendations based on your weekly check ins
